Payment Methods

Our products can be purchased online using valid Visa & MasterCard credit cards only. Your bank may charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.

Order Confirmation

Once you have submitted payment information online, you  will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you supplied on the online booking form.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason and especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, you must contact us to confirm that your order has been placed.

If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.

Delivery Methods

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also enter your tracking number in the box below to get the latest status on your shipment

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 7 to 12 working days for the tracking information to update.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Orders from the US: FedEx express delivery within 7 to 12 working days from the day you received your tracking number 

Please note: Your order might split into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will be notified and receive a tracking number for each separate shipment.

Refunds & Return Policy

If you do not receive a tracking number, send it back to us and you will receive a refund. 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with our products, please send it back to us within 30 days from delivery date for a refund. The shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

If the product is faulty, you will get a new product. You must submit a claim within 14 days from the delivery date. If there's an issue with your product, please request a claim by sending us an email to marketing@vihelm.com.

In the claim request email, please notify us with the below information:

  • Your order number 
  • Your email address that is used to place the order
  • Your product and its current situation

Please note that: Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

How long does a replacement, refund, or return take to process?

We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 14 business days for processing. 

Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 14 business days to correct your statement depending on your method of payment. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
