To place an order you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other contact information as well as payment related information. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website. 

Once the payment transaction is successfully completed, your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

Credit/ Debit Card Payments

International Credit/ Debit Card Payments are processed through VTC Payment Gateways. Please make sure to double check your shipping and billing address.

Bank transfer

Also, keep in mind that your bank may charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have submitted payment information online, you will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you supplied on the online booking form.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason and especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, you must contact us to confirm that your order has been placed.

If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.

DELIVERY METHODS

All packages are shipped via FedEx service. Tracking is included at no extra charge but has limited availability for international orders. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and link to track your order. You can also go to the website https://www.fedex.com/ and enter your tracking number to get the latest status on your shipment. 

If you just received a shipment notification, please allow 7 to 12 working days for the tracking information to update.

We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order

 We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the website or email marketing@vihelm.com. Also the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

RETURN POLICY

If the product is faulty, please request a claim by sending us an email to marketing@vihelm.com.

In the claim request email, please notify us with the below information:

  • Your order number 

  • Your email address that is used to place the order

  • Your product and it’s current situation

We review claims within 72 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, you will receive a new order confirmation that will allow you to track the progress of your replacement/exchange. Replacement orders generally take 14 business days for processing starting from the day we received your returned items.
Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 14 business days to correct your statement depending on your method of payment. 

Please note that: All returns for exchange must be returned within 30 days from delivery date, be in new condition and include original product packaging. Any unauthorized returns or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a replacement, and the item will be forfeited. Also, customers are responsible for return shipping rates.
